No express waiver or assent by COACHING EXPATRIATES of any breach of or default in any of these Terms or Conditions will constitute a waiver of or assent to any succeeding breach of or default in the same or any other Term or Condition. Any rights or remedies granted under these Terms and Conditions are in addition to and not in lieu of any other rights or remedies. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms of Use or use of the Site. You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms of Use.

These Terms and Conditions and the rights granted hereunder may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of COACHING EXPATRIATES. These Terms and Conditions shall inure to the benefit of COACHING EXPATRIATES and its successors and assigns.
